Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. They  will be crucial in building our key messaging and creating fun and engaging content that will drive brand awareness and product growth. This individual will also help shape the vision of our products by working closely with the product and development teams on the launch of new products and services.

What you’ll do:

  • Utilize industry knowledge to make recommendations on overall marketing strategy
  • Develop the value proposition, core content, marketing and go-to-market strategies for new and existing Mogo products, focusing on increasing market share and profitability
  • Collaborate with the product team on the overall product roadmap
  • Define pricing strategies, target segments and positioning for new products
  • Translate the roadmap and vision into clear, detailed, measurable project plans
  • Help forecast revenue and profit margins for all products and continually track results
  • Identify, measure and analyze KPI’s to improve the effectiveness of our campaigns
  • Create and develop compelling customer tools that attract and educate customers while driving product adoption (demos, how to’s, informational pieces)
  • Prepare communications to support new product launches both internally and externally

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, experience in technology and/or finance an asset
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing disruptive products
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and an aptitude for creating strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Capable of translating technical features into customer benefits
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross functional teams
  • Aptitude for successfully leading teams in achieving deliverables
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, innovative fast paced environment that’s changing the world!
