Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Base Salary for this role: $110,000 – $135,000 CAD + bonus + meaningful equity
Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid) or Remote (Canada)
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Manager, FP&A to drive and support how a dual-listed (TSX/NASDAQ) fintech company plans, allocates capital, and measures performance.
This is not a traditional FP&A role. You will operate across a multi-product fintech spanning wealth, lending, payments, and treasury - where financial insights directly inform capital allocation and product strategy in a public company environment. You will not just report on performance - you will help shape how capital is deployed across the business.
This role reports to the Director of Finance and works closely with the CFO (Co-founder & President), contributing to forecasting, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making.
This is a priority hire as the company continues to scale and financial complexity increases across multiple business lines.
It’s an opportunity for a high-performing Senior Financial Analyst or early Manager to step into a broader scope role with meaningful exposure to senior leadership and company strategy.
About Orion
Orion is a dual-listed fintech company (TSX/NASDAQ) focused on building financial infrastructure across wealth, payments, and capital allocation.
The company is evolving toward a model where capital allocation is a core capability — integrating a long-term investing platform, global payments infrastructure, and an actively managed treasury strategy. This results in a business with meaningful financial complexity, where understanding unit economics, capital deployment, and performance drivers is critical.
Orion is founder-led and operates with a focus on discipline, long-term value creation, and thoughtful balance sheet management. In this environment, FP&A is not a reporting function - it is central to how decisions are made and how the business is understood internally and externally.
